Privacy
This notice covers the public LOUHI.AI website and inquiries sent through the contact routes linked from it. Project-specific data handling is agreed separately.

What we collect
The assessment form asks for your name, email and a description of what you need, with an optional business or website field. You can also contact us by email or WhatsApp. We use the information you provide to respond and arrange an initial conversation. Please leave passwords, sensitive personal information and confidential customer records out of an initial inquiry. Website requests also include technical information such as an IP address and the page requested. Form abuse protection uses a hashed network address; requests are not added to a marketing list.
Why we hold it
Contact data exists to answer you and, if it goes further, to scope the work. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you started.
Analytics
This site is configured to use Google Analytics 4 and Cookiebot consent controls. Analytics storage is denied by default; your consent settings control whether analytics cookies may be stored. Consent mode can also involve requests without analytics cookies. See the Cookies page for the available controls.
Who else processes it
The assessment form uses Resend to deliver requests to our business inbox when delivery is configured. Email and WhatsApp inquiries use the communication service you choose. Following the WhatsApp link opens an external service with its own privacy information. Any additional processing needed for a project should be agreed as part of that project.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as the conversation, and any work it leads to, needs it. You can contact us about information you have sent using the address below.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address below; we answer within one month.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
We revise this notice when our processing changes. The date above marks the current version.
