LOUHI runs this site from Limassol, Cyprus, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. This is what we collect, why, and the rights you hold over it.

What we collect
What you send through the contact form or by email: name, email, company, website, what you are after, and your message. Plus the basic technical data any site receives: IP address, device, and the page requested, held in short-lived server logs.
Why we hold it
Contact data exists to answer you and, if it goes further, to scope the work. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you started.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which sections lead to conversations. It loads with consent denied by default, so no analytics cookies or identifiers reach your device until you accept. IP addresses are anonymised and Google acts as our processor. The Cookie Policy has the detail.
Who else processes it
Submissions are stored in Supabase on EU infrastructure. Email reaches us through Google Workspace. Cookie consent is handled by Cookiebot (Cybot A/S, Denmark), which stores your choice in a first-party cookie. We do not sell data and we run no advertising trackers.
Transfers
Storage stays in the EU. Google may process analytics data outside the EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as the conversation, and any work it leads to, needs it. Server logs rotate within days. Analytics follows Google's retention settings.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address below; we answer within one month.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
We revise this notice when our processing changes. The date above marks the current version.
